An uplifting and soothing 1.5 hour yoga session which has it all, the strengthening movement, breath work, therapeutic restorative poses and healing sound, upstairs at The Noisy Lobster, followed by sauna and sea dips at The Salt Water Saunas.
Oh and mat and snack provided!
