Hi I’m Samara Haddow

Home for the last 8 years has been living high up in the stunning mountains of Austria in the ski resort St Anton. We partied and skied lots and somehow had 2 kids, whilst running a thriving massage, physio and yoga company-www.alpinesportsphysio.com.

Summer 2024 we relocated our family back to our UK roots, to beautiful Dorset, and I launched Salt Yoga! Being nature lovers living close to the coast, rivers and forest was our dream.

Why practise with me?

In addition to my Yoga Teacher Training I have a Diploma in Sport & Remedial Massage which means my functional movement knowledge keeps you safe and moving in an effective way.

My classes have strength work to keep you feeling the best in your body, beautiful twists and turns to flush your insides and renew and balance your energy, meaningful themes to keep it flavoursome and most important AUTHENTICITY. For me this is key, we are nature, we are dark, we are light, and in my classes we celebrate all of that and don’t take ourselves or anything else too seriously.
